PCCW EasyWatch Mobile 3G video-call user guide

1. Access

Subscriber can access the platform via video-call access on 3G networks.

Step 1: Access

General User: To access, user can call 6622 1000 with video call.
For PCCW mobile 3G user: To access, please call Personal Connection Number (please check out from “My Profile” in your personal administration portal) or 6622 1000 with video call.
User cannot proceed if the mobile number is not registered.

Step 2: Select language

User can select language:

• Press "1" to select Chinese
• Press "2" to select English

Step 3: Login

• After selecting language, user can enter PIN to login.
• If you use Personal Connection Number for access, default you can enter the service directly without PIN.

Step 4: Select camera

User can select camera from the list to view instantly.

2. Camera Control

Pan/ tilt control

• Left - press "4"
• Right - press "6"
• Up - press "2"
• Down - press "8"
• Home - press "5"
• Start/ Stop Recording – press "0"

Digital Zoom

User can perform digital zoom on the camera.

• Zoom in - press "1"
• Zoom out - press "3"
